"Room was good, size, bed and shower. Pool and gym were good. Breakfast was good but a little expensive. Breakfast staff were attentive. Seating area is functional. Worst thing was the lift. Only one (of two) working and it was either so slow or full of cleaning staff with huge piles of linen on very small trolleys. So I walked up and down fire stairs to my fourth floor room. My room was cleaned once in 4 days which makes me wonder what all those cleaning staff did! The front reception staff need...

"Staff is very nice. Room was clean. Good shower pressure. Comfortable bed and pillows. Ask for a room on the opposite side of the building from the road. My room was on the street side and very noisy. Breakfast was kind of dissapointing. No hot choices. Bagels only no regular bread. Overall satisfied with my stay."

"1st room smelled like a cigarette factory. Complained and got a new room. Much better. Watched to young BM walk down a hallway with video cameras and make contact with two scantily dressed women. Appeared that they were doing some sort of Adult webcam work. This places does need a make over. Staff was very nice and the bed we slept in was very comfortable."

"Good location. Friendly staff. Good breakfast options. Hotel is old. Needs remodeling. Strong odor at main lobby. Overall ok for a one travel night stay."

"I came to this place at 1:00 in the morning because the other place kiteville was closed down or at least posted to be vacated and disgusting and I couldn't get in so the gentleman who I guess owns this place was very helpful I could call him and answer the phone and that was really really nice but the place is really dirty"

"Room had a bit of a smell. Like covering smoke or pet odors. Door was very stuck and lock mechanism worked most of the time. Breakfast only had 1 attendant and could not keep up. Very little food was out. Will not stay here again. Not terrible, but not up to par."

"please apply credit locked room as was promised. i was locked inside the room and could not get out. Staff came up let me out and checked there was an issue with the door lock and stated he will give a credit on the bill this is for room 305"

"For the price, the hotel isn’t terrible, but could definitely use some upgrading and maintenance. The elevator moved very slowly and was loud like it was struggling. The A/C in my room was very loud and barely blowing, and the ceilings in my room were cracked all the way around and down the middle. Property was clean overall, but definitely needs some work."

"Really dirty place and awful check in experience. First, I was checked into the wrong room that already had someone in there sleeping. Then I was given another room that had a clogged toilet and was just dirty altogether. Woke up feeling stuffy as well. Do not recommend."

"Close to food and petrol. Seemed to be working on up grades such as painting. Not very quiet."

"Front desk and restaurant/buffet staff were excellent. Super kind, considerate and helpful. Room was just ok. Bathroom is painfully cramped. Bathroom floor was flat out gross with shoes sticking to floor. Door to room was difficult to lock from inside and door creaked and groaned upon opening and closing… not on par for a $200+ per night hotel."
