First of all was difficult to get a room online due to system failure, the key would not work to open the door, door was broken for the pool. Needs maintenance. But other than that the staff was nice and polite.

A/C in room was broken during our stay, check in/out process went smoothly except you need a code at the front door past 6:30pm. My door code was in my check in envelope on the front desk so I’m think figure out a way to upload that to Expedia or send an automated message?
