"The only thing I liked about this hotel was its location. It was very convenient to get anywhere in the city. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end.
The room windows faced the hallway, so everyone walking by could look directly into our room. It felt like living in a zoo behind glass, with no privacy at all.

"I came in after a long flight and train trip over from the airport and the staff was so nice. My room was amazing. The bed was so comfortable and I slept so well, the waterfall shower was heavenly in the summer heat, and the room was so nice and clean overall. Will definitely stay here again."

"The rooms weren’t cleaned properly each day, didn’t provide soap for few days, forgot to restock coffee and water, didn’t allow more pillows (which is just insane to me that a property would only allow 2 pillows per person that were completely flat), and at every turn it felt like we were an inconvenience (hotels are part of the hospitality industry so this felt like a big miss for how expensive the property was)."
