"Check out is at 11 AM. We left to get breakfast. Came back at 10 o’clock to find they had already took all the towels and washcloths out of our room. Wow our room still had our belongings inside so I asked them for towels and wash clothes. They said that they didn’t have anymore and I said it well why did y’all take the ones we had in our room out when we have not checked out yet it’s only 10 o’clock. The guy said check out is at 11. I said OK that’s another hour and he said OK ma’am let me go ahead and get your towels and wash. and which they know they were in the wrong, which is why he know it let me go ahead and get you the towels and washcloths, but besides that all of our stuff was still in the room so why would you even go in there? Have they not did that I probably would have given them maybe a two Customer service is very poor"

"Old and out of date. A/C unit was loud and rattled all night. Shower was old and hot/cold option was opposite of what it showed. TheTV constantly was buffering. The mattress was hard and uncomfortable. Staff was friendly. "
