Friendly service. Good parking at front of room. Well located within Cooma CBD. Rooms were clean but a little outdated. Bed wasn’t overly comfortable and was saggy.

Nebula ticks all the box's. We have stayed at other motels in Cooma, but found Nebula Motel the best for a good comfortable nights sleep, along with friendly staff and undercover parking.

Room and bathroom both very clean and all amenities that you need. Good to have electric blanket as certainly gets cold at night. Also under cover parking is brilliant. Good recommendation from proprietor for evening meal. The Bistro food was great.

I appreciate that. I and my family enjoyed staying here. Great facilities, ample amenities, being tidy, quiet, and more than any other things, very convenient and relax beds are your strong points. But of coursr your staff at reception weren't as great as positive points. Not good enough.

Good value. Easy checkin. Single bed had a weird lump/ridge down the middle but otherwise all were comfortable and the room was warm. Surprisingly quiet too.

Rooms ok.

Compared to the last motel I stayed in Cooma the room was much nicer but it’s still basic. It was very clean and location is good. Checkout time is 10am and At 1 minute before 10am I was sent a message “ Are you coming to get your stuff now or are you paying another nights accommodation”. Not a “we hope you enjoyed your stay, reminder that checkout is 10am” I had another matter that the property did not handle well also - had they made the same effort to help me as they did to make sure I was leaving, it would have saved a lot of time and money.
