Very nice basic motel. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Game room was cute with a great selection of games. Staff was very helpful in finding restaurants for dinner. We visited the beach, which was small, but didn’t swim in the lake. Good proximity to Cooperstown.

My husband and I stayed here while our son was playing at Cooperstown Dreams Park. The drive there and back each day was a breeze. Also the view from our room was beautiful. We were here the week of 4th of July and had the BEST fireworks view. Would definitely stay here again.

Room was very clean, and view was also very pretty (when outside). Noted that as we were getting ready for the day at 9am on Sunday morning, the upstairs was being vacuumed and was very load. Luckily we were not trying to sleep. Curtains left a tiny gap that could be resolved with another layer of curtain underneath. Overall very clean and comfortable, and fringe was also very helpful.
