"We were the only guests at this lodge . Being winter not all leisure activities were available and the dining menu was limited.
Our host was friendly and informative. Overall a pleasant place to stay in a very nice location."

Very friendly staff and room was of a high quality. Restaurant was also good but check as not open all the time. The only problem we had was communication via Expedia which did not happen well. Couldn’t get into room exasperated by complete lack of cell phone coverage for our mobiles. However when sorted it was worth the hour and a half wait.

Beautifully restored and presented traditional town hotel. 8 lovely large rooms with luxurious beds and bathrooms. The informal bistro serves delicious pizzas, from a wood fired ove my, and Italian themed dishes. There's a large courtyard available. Currently, building work to complete the hotel's restoration is underway but it has been organised so that it in no way spoils the ambience and experience. It will doublessly enhance your stay once completed.
Eden is an amazing little Australian...

We only stayed for 1 night on our way south. The cabin was a bit small but that didn't matter. They upgraded us to a larger cabin because they said the one we had booked wasn't as well heated and we were very glad of that as it was a cold night. We liked the sound of the waves. In retrospect we would have preferred to stay a bit nearer the town.
Since we stayed it has become part of the Big4 chain.

Great location and cabin super clean with all required amenities. We had an issue with the boom gate out of hrs, the staff were very responsive and resolved quickly.
Would recommend and return.
