"Staff were lovely, location was great and rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable also. Bathroom was also clean.
The only downside was the lack of coffee facilities in the room it would have been great to have a small kettle or coffee machine.
Other than that it was perfect , pool was also lovely on the rooftop, small but all you needed."
"We stayed at PortoBay for a 6 nights and it was super. Nothing to fault. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooftop pool was beautiful, clean and amazing views. Would stay again!"
"This was my first trip to Rio, and I really enjoyed my stay here. Well maintained property and rooms, and at a great location along Atlantico Blvd. The breakfast options could have been more, but it was good overall (had an omelet bar station). I would absolutely stay here again when I come back!"
"They advertise a balcony with the room! It's a 2 ft ledge you can barely stand on! You also get a kettle for hot water but no cups etc. The pictures and description of the rooms were very deceiving considering the price. The room was not very clean and had mold in the shower. Our first room didn't have a working tv and was smaller then what was advertised so they moved us! Second room wasn't much better! They did fix the fact we had no not water! The breakfast was big but not very inviting! Most of the front desk employees were very helpful. But when we arrived with our luggage (2 women over 65!) The guy at the door just stood there as we struggled to get our suitcases up the side ramp! We should of left then!"
"Excellent qualité prix , proche de tout, métro à coté 2 min à pied, plage de Copacabana 10 min à pied, plusieurs restos
Bon petit déjeuner
Personnel courtois et extrêmement gentils
3 jours avec ma fille et petite fille , que de l’agrément .
