"Je suis vraiment déçu d’avoir payé pour 2 nuits d’avance sur expedia. Le personnel lors du check-in était incompétent et aucunement à l’écoute des besoins de leurs clients. Quality inn de Barrie c’est vraiment un endroit que je ne conseille pas à personne et surtout pas aux familles en déménagement dans le cadre de leur emploi. Le dévouement n’est pas au rendez-vous, tel qu’ils affiche en toutes lettres dans leur espace d’accueil de l’hôtel."

"The owner's and staff are lovely people. Everything is kept clean & tidy; indoors and out. The location and view is excellent. I loved the unique quality of their small shop that offerred up free access to books, games and even a Magic 8 Ball for fun; as well as, affordable jewellery, incense and curios. "The positives: Clean bed, linens and overall general upkeep was good. The negatives: Some standard items that I would have expected were missing. There was no full length mirror in the room to double check your outfit before heading out. I also didn't an ironing board or iron but this might be available at the front desk, I didn't ask as I didn't need it. There was no coffee maker or kettle in the room. 2 bottles of water were provided and a mini fridge. The staff mentioned there was a Tims...

"Wi Fi is too complicated for guests. Used the Exact password as provided and only got error messages. Had to take my laptop to the front desk to get it straightened out."

"You get what you pay for just needed a cheap place to crash for the night I wouldn't pay anymore than I did for the room that's for sure It's a definitely dated hotel in need of renovations and new furnishings"
