Staff is incredibly gracious and helpful. Breakfast excellent. Room excellent. One block from an array of restaurants, one block from the train station. They focus on sustainability in a handy and inspiring way instead of in a plainwrap way. Overall one of my most pleasant hotel stays ever.

The Spa was very enjoyable, very clean well maintained. The was a delight, very good size however we did get a free upgrade to a large double. The location was perfect for us, we practically able to walk to all of the major attractions and restaurants we need, would highly recommend this hotel

We stayed in a family suite that was across the beautiful courtyard from the main building. The suite itself was very nice, a little on the smaller side for a family of 4 with 2 older children, but would still definitely do it again. Breakfast looked amazing but we didn't have time to try it any day with our busy schedule.

It was very loud at night. Cars, deluveries and lots of yelling and throbbing music from the clubs around the area between 11-3am every night. And the rooms were stuffy and small. Staff was very nice!

Real attention to design and detail. Our room had everything we needed including lovely hair and skin products. Helpful, friendly staff and a good location, close to transport links and everywhere we wanted to visit. We enjoyed the spa too especially in the morning when it was quieter.

Good hotel with the best location. The breakfast was quite ok with what you wanted. Nice interior with details. The cleaning was good, however we found a condom packet in one of the drawers. Signs that the cleaning people does not go through the drawers when cleaning, which we recommend that they do. A lot of blood stains on the curtains, A hotel like that should maybe wash its curtains a little more often.

My room was like an oven. With max temps of 23c I was shocked to arrive to my room and it be like a sauna. No aircon only a fan, I opened all the windows but still very warm. The sustainability of this property comes at a cost to comfort and your wallet. Very expensive for what you get. Lovely breakfast but doesn’t make up for the lack of comfort and also location isn’t that close to the main attractions

This hotel has a cool vibe but unfortunately, we didn’t love it for two reasons. One: the bed felt like you were sleeping on a block of wood - it was too hard (and I prefer a firmer mattress). And two: the street noise is excessive. While this isn’t controlled by the hotel, there’s no A/C (like many European hotels) so windows open are necessary in the summer, and the yelling and sirens at all areas of the night were a turn off.

Good location. Didnt like the fact that hotel does not have a fridge, even when i requested for them to help me store some food stuff, they say no cause they are eco friendly. I dont see the link, when the appliances in the room are not eco friendly but cheap appliances that you can find in common stores. Staff was friendly to help print stuff. Hotel has no AC but fan is provided. For the luxurious price, i dont think i am getting luxurious feel or service. Not forgetting they did not change my towels when i put them on the toilet bowl seat. They just hang it back on the hanger. And the bugs that appeared in the bathroom. Overall, i think i will spend the money elsewhere next time.

Good for one night stay

Overall OK experience if you are searching for a one night sleepover in the middle of Copenhagen and close to a central station and Tivoli, but really not more than that. Extremely small rooms and bathroom which only one of us could use at the same time (almost impossible to use at all due to space restrictions). What surprised me mostly was that room didn’t have any type of air conditioning - only a window (which was not alternative to keep open during the night due to the noise from outside). Hotel itself is looking good (photo-friendly) with some nice interior, but is overall a bit worn out (most visible in bathroom). If you have any physical restrictions you this place is then nothing for you unfortunately. Good thing about hotel was that the room (bed) was clean and comfy.
