Spotless room - easy check in/check out via the app with QR code room key. Room cleaning can be booked a day in advance and we were given 20%off in the bar and restaurant. A very new and modern hotel. Next to a major mall and also within easy walking distance of the major transport hub. Two of the best water walks start next to the hotel. There is also a natural water pool next to the hotel if yku feel brave.

Nice hotel, good location and welcoming staff

Room was really clean & well maintained, they do not service the room every day but, will on requested. We like this type of service as we were not disturbed by housekeeping trying to service our room, I felt that this gave us a more relaxed stay.

Fairly new hotel in a redeveloped harbour area. 5 minutes walk to Metro so easy access from airport and city centre. Shopping centre with food court opposite hotel. Facilities of hotel ok. Room cleaning on request for eco reasons. Room we had was shower in bath not cubicle.

Very nice hotel in a decent location, only a few minutes walk from a metro station and major train station, as well as a major shopping centre. Nice and quiet area too, only downside was that I had to ask several times for my room to be cleaned up, but otherwise, this was a very pleasant stay

Could be improved: Flies on the breakfast is unforgivable! Beds a little too firm, but each will have different preferences! Aspects that we liked. Location: 20mins away from city center and train station, which for us was perfect as we like a walk. Its easy to navigate and always felt safe. Water front, and right next door to the Mall, cinema, restaurants and a Lidls. Very happy. Room: great size. Fridge, hair dryer, big bathroom etc. (TV did not work, but we weren't there to watch TV so a minor point. Staff: super friendly.
