The hotel was located close to local transport, so it was easy to get a tram from the airport. The hotel sent an online check-in link via email, but I wasn't able to submit due to errors. Departing check-in worked and was easy to do, helpful for an early morning flight. The hotel overlooked a road near a bridge into town, and was located near a bus stop. I'd recommend the hotel for a city visit.

Lucas on reception for check-in duty was fabulous - a real wonderful example of excellent customer service. The hotel was gorgeous and the location was super, the only disappointments were that on our check-in, some items in the bathroom hadn’t been refreshed. The toothbrush had been opened from the last visit, the slippers were used (with a second set still in the loop, but had a lipstick stain on), and sadly, one of the robes had a dead fly pressed onto it. We didn’t get breakfast but the food was good all round, as were the servers.
