"I was assigned a room and given keys to a room that was already occupied. Room reserved (one king bed) was not given. The eggs and sausage for breakfast were microwaved and heat not maintained. Pool was not heated as stated in listing. "

"Great location but very ran down. Rooms were decent but there was mildew on the ceiling and around tub in the bathroom area. No maintenance was onsite and room phone was unable to connect to the front desk to request services. But the staff was helpful and accommodating "

"There were bugs, possibly ants, in the juice machine. I let the manager know. He looked but didn’t really seem to know what to say or do. I had already swallowed some bugs in my juice and had spit the rest out. I thought it was pulp! I know, gross. Breakfast was an individually packaged pastry, like a bear claw, no cereal, oatmeal, eggs, pancakes, etc., like at most other similar hotels. Room was very clean, AC and heater worked well. Water pressure excellent. "

"Dirty room with previous guest's pizza boxes in room, dirty sheets, no soap, etc. in bathroom. "

"Hotel was dirty, smells like weed all over the hotel, room cabinet door was broken and no towel in the room, asked front desk and the person in front told me oh they washing the towels, and there was prostitute walking in and out of the hotel, I will not recommend this hotel."

"Breakfast was good and light meal to speak. It was clean and staff very nice. The cleaning staff kept mynroom spotless. Need pest control to keep bugs down in the future "

"My sheets where dirty and the shower was broken apon arrival. I asked staff to change the sheets the next day once we left our room for the day. We came back to our room and the beds were made but the sheets still hadn’t been made. "

"Office staff was not very friendly and willing to work with helping to resolve booking issue with Expedia. The rooms only offered a small bar of soap - no lotion, shampoo or conditioner for hair. The bathtub has been painted at one point and is peeling and gross looking. Old and run down place for the price. "
