"Overall we had a fabulous experience! Special kudos to the staff! Especially two that stood out Bill at the front reception desk who was personable, funny, attentive & bent over backwards to accommodate! "Amanda, who helped us check in, was very helpful. The room was clean and quiet. The room had several desk/dressers, so we had plenty of room to have our three suitcases laid out all the time. The bed and bedding were so good, I forgot I wasn't at home.

"the executive suites are fantastic! Very large and spacious!! Bed was comfortable. Shower head pressure not the greatest but every other amenity was perfect. The Spa is the best!!! Food options are very tasty & plentiful at Alexandria's. Customer service was good throughout the hotel but the early morning staff who work the front desk should do better at greeting customers. "
