"I liked the hotel a lot. Clean, felt safe walking around the neighborhood, staff was great especially Alens and the blonde at the bar. Food at the restaurant was delicious. (Loved the soup) The shuttle to the airport was super helpful, late check out at noon was also helpful as we had hours to kill. The only disappointment was that we had to kill 4 hours from check out till we needed to take the shuttle and we wanted to hang out at the pool. We were told it was closed but not that we could use the sister pool next door. We didn't learn this until we were checking out and mentioned that we wished the pool was open. Otherwise, great hotel."

"The room and Collab restaurant are great! Rooms are Clean, modern, nice size and quiet. The gym and pool areas need to be staffed and maintained better. A 4 Star hotel should not feel like a motel "self service". For a fully booked hotel, they certainly have the means to step up service."
