Limpios el aire acondicionado en perfecto estado y el personal super atento disponible todo el tiempo siempre presto ayudar. Aunque Paraguay no me gustó Pero regresaría solo por Smart villa Morra. "Super cute, comfy, beautiful property and wildlife. Clean and maintained. Our sink didn’t drain, we called to fix it. Never happened. Service definitely could improve. Not a service based property. Lots of “no” answers because they can’t be bothered to help. We were alone in the bar and still we had to jump through hoops to get a room service snack to be allowed at the pool area. In the end we were told yes by one person and no by another. We ate it there anyway. Gondwanda glass bottled water was available in the rooms but could not be offered in the bar or restaurant. No agua con gas available at the bar but you could have it in the restaurant. Bartender made no efforts for better service. Lazy. A dual massage was booked and one person got over an hour and the other got under an hour. Inconsistent service. The rest was amazing. Just don’t expect anything above asi no más for service unless you make a fuss. The check in girls and cleaning ladies were great. Went out of their way to help make the stay great. "

"The room itself is nice as it is a new hotel. Bummer they saved money on the materials as you hear every noise from outdoors, shower doors are leaking. The staff is far from nice. We were super early, 10am, so of course we couldn’t check in yet. We came back at 2pm but the room was still not ready. They just were on auto pilot saying check-in was at 3pm. They didn’t even want to check with housekeeping for the actual status of the room. So we had the wait in the reception area. Our water bottles were empty by then, so we asked if we could get some water, but even that was not an option. So rude, so extremely unfriendly, with a clear ‘I don’t care’ attitude. "
