"Usually the go-to hotel chain. But this location getting a bit worn. Windows in both our rooms (tried two different ones) didn’t close properly. Blinds didn’t work in either room. Questionable cleanliness. Sticky bathroom floor. Dirty lounge couch. In the good side, Staff were very friendly "

"Not as advertised. No bar, very dated, room had a very bad musty smell, shower curtain was not nearly long enough and bathroom flooded during shower, the body wash dispenser was broken off the wall of the shower. There was some sort of domestic dispute in the room next to us which started at 5:00 am in the morning which lasted until 7:30 am. Called the front desk who had to come to our room at 5:00 am to listen. They tried calling the room and knocking but no one would answer. Asked for a refund but told us that since we booked through Hotels.com that we had to reach out to them. Unsure how this is applicable but anyways that is what we were told. After further questions/discussion is was discovered that his property changed hands recently and I would not suggest staying at this property. "

"Great location to restaurants and shopping. The hotel was clean and rooms were very spacious. Breakfast was awesome "

"We stayed on the 3rd floor and everything was clean, our room was great and had a lot space for a double bed and sofa bed. Breakfast was great, we didn’t use any of the other amenities. We didn’t really interact with the staff, everything was great, very happy with the cleanliness of the whole hotel, some recent post had us worried. We will be back again for another hockey season. The building as a whole is older, but no different from other hotels in the area. The beds are harder than we like, but not super hard. Great place for a family, we didn’t need a pool for this trip. Great location for food delivery. We don’t mind hearing the planes, but if you like a quiet outside area than may not be your choice, wasn’t a lot flights at night so not a big deal. Otherwise seemed like a safe area around the hotel. We will back. "

"Found alot of stains and damage in the room. Do not disturb sign is broken and does not hang on the door. Pillows were too soft and flat. Not sound proof at all. I can hear people talking until 4AM. "

"Place was dirty, sheets had stains, bathtub had stains, floor had stains, the TV was the only thing that didn't have stains. Don't stay here, better alternatives with far better rooms for the same price they charging."
