"Great location right in the heart of Cork, easily walkable to all the shops, restaurants, bars. Room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Bath and mini-kitchen were extremely well-equipped and modern (high-pressure showerhead, nice rosemary-mint bath products stocked, small fridge, oven, dishwasher, cookware and serve ware). "Beautiful, classic hotel! The location was perfect, within 2 blocks from your pick ups for tours outside the city. Good breakfast each morning and room attended to daily! Highly recommended!😊"

"Our room was overall very comfortable with air conditioning, a hot large shower, tv, free coffee and tea, and a beautiful view of the river and city. The buffet breakfast was good. The only issue was parking. We were lucky enough to find a spot a block away for free, but be prepared to park at City Hall and pay 12 euros as there is no parking on the hotel's property. Otherwise, great place to stay."

"Our room was very quiet and spacious despite having the windows open all night . It was a beautiful room with beautiful bathroom and shower. The free parking is added bonus and the staff was very friendly. I will come back on my next visit Cork ."

"Helpful staff at the front desk. Good to have a community room with kitchen available, stove, kettle, tv, couches, Needs more utensils for eating meals. Helpful to have tea bags, milk, sugar, toiletries etc at the front desk. Very loud banging of doors that Interrupts sleep. Needs silent closures for doors. Needs clothes/ towel hanger in bathroom. Price is too high for very loud noise with doors banging and an interrupted sleep . "

"The hotel staff were very polite and helpful. The small onsite parking area was closed for construction so parking was a bit of a problem. The hotel did validate the offsite parking fees which was very helpful."

"The staff were less than helpful, There was no car parking anywhere near the hotel. It was student accommodation and not suitable for mature aged travellers. We chose not to stay here and found another motel."

"Location was great for us. The view from the terrace lounge was stunning. We experienced a newly remodeled suite which were lovely. One comment is there was not enough counter space or hooks in the bathroom. We enjoyed our visit!"
