"From start to finish the river Lee hotel was exceptional! Staff was top notch and remembered us by name each day. Hotel is sparkling clean and smells beautiful each day! The food breakfast lunch and dinner top notch! Each meal was outstanding. I would give this hotel 10 stars if I could. The rooms were maintained daily and were comfortable for our family of 3. I have no complaints at all and can not wait to come and stay again. Thank You River Lee for an exceptional stay during our time at Cork."

"The best things about this property were the location near restaurants and activities and the helpfulness of the staff. We also had a kitchenette and laundry. It would have been helpful to have directions for the washer/dryer. Our favorite activity in Cork was the bike tour with James. If you rent an apartment be ready for street noise at all hours and music from bar next door till midnight on the weekends. If you are drinking at the bar this will obviously not be an issue!"

"The staff went above and beyond when I had a personal issue booking a train. All staff, restaurant servers and housekeepers were all very pleasant, helpful and just genuine. We loved the vinyl selection in our room and also the coffee machine."

"Everything was great except the room service said it served until 9:30pm. I called at 9:15pm and they said it was too late."

"Overall, our stay was good, and the restaurant staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. The only issue we faced was with parking. We had to park on the roadside, which felt unsafe at night, and paid parking was not available either. We were also expecting the waste bin to be cleared daily, especially since we were staying with a baby. Apart from these minor issues, everything else was very good, and we had a pleasant stay."

"Excellent hotel with very comfortable rooms, fair pricing and friendly, professional staff. The only downside is the location is on a hill so some may find the walk there and back into the city difficult."

"Can’t fault our few days at the Kingsley! Right on the river Lee, only a 30 minute walk into town and if you take the river walk passed UCC it’s gone in no time, stunning. The hotel staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful. The food was great and the fresh honeycomb from their own bees with some lovely treacle bread, cannot be missed. A really lovely stay and next time we’re in Cork we know exactly where we’re going to be staying."

"Quiet, clean student accommodation, wonderful view from 5th floor. kitchen and social area was a bonus."

"Room clean and larger size and the bed was large and comfy. The bathroom was a large size but the exhaust fan was not working or missing. Breakfast was very nice and lots of options. Off road parking and while location was just out of city, you can easily catch bus from right outside, 1.90 euro to city."

"Only disappointment was that the restaurant didn't open until 12 noon so only local breakfast options on a Sunday were McDonald's or KFC"
