"Staff were rude, poorly trained - not in uniform of any kind, if the guy working the desk was not behind the counter using computer, I would have assumed is was staying there. Local kids were using parking lot as a obstacle course with milk crates for the electric scooter.
Elevator is out of service, juice machine is out of order, wanted cash at desk for pop and chips would not allow me to bill room.
I travel for a living and will not stay here in the future"
