"This property was amazing. This was the second hotel resort in the Ocean Brand that I have had the opportunity of visiting. The only thing that could of been better was the prompt response of service. In certain areas the luggage guys was prompt in responding. But when it came to finding out the answer to something, and service in the restaurants was a little slow.Overall I would definitely recommend, great location,beautiful property,great people,great entertainment. 8 out of 10"

"I really enjoyed my stay at excellence oyster bay. The staff were very friendly and extremely attentive. Property was clean and well maintained. I really like how they don’t use paper towels or straws and they process their own recycling onsite. The breakfast buffet was amazing as well as the oxtails. The room was fully stocked with plenty of refreshments and snacks. It’s very humid so it’s important to keep the doors closed otherwise the room can get pretty damp. Also, the AC only works when all doors are closed. Hummingbird tour was fun and the bracelet making activity was nice. Very funny tour guides which made things even more enjoyable. Definitely will be back!"

"We had an amazing time at Azul! The property is beautiful and a perfect location on the beach. Their beach setup was nicer than the other resorts nearby (honestly). The food was 7/10, but still good for resort food. I recommend trying some of the food places nearby. The staff and entertainment were 10/10!! I Couldnt have been happier. And there were plenty of bars on the grounds (lots of swim up bars). The drinks were ok. They were what you would expect from an all-inclusive, lots of sugary mixed drinks lol. Downside is that the property does need renovations, but that is really it. Everything is modern, just needs a facelift. "
