Cannot fault the hotel at all. Service was incredible, staff will go above and beyond, clean rooms and the spa is brilliant! The views from the hotel are incredible as well. Breakfast was amazing too with lots of options - I have never seen protein powder at a breakfast buffet! Just an FYI, you need a universal adaptor if you want to charge anything by your bed. The normal European two pin (round) plug points are by the desk and in the bathroom.

Stayed for 1 week. Fantastic experience. Highlights were friendly staff, good breakfast and pretty much a private spa every night (we visited in July) - I imagine it would get busy quickly as it's very small but kept very clean. Very good sauna. Basic rooms but all you need in an area with so much outdoor activities to do.

Great location close to shops and restaurants. Really friendly and helpful staff. Reasonably priced parking. Access to sister hotel’s spa and pool. Spacious and comfy mini apartments which are spotlessly clean. A great place to stay in Cortina.

Great Mountain view from the balcony. Friendly staff. Comfy rooms. Easy parking. Great location as a short walk into the town centre. Breakfast sorts you for the day with many an option. Great stay for 4 nights, but bar area is non-existent therefore either in the room or look elsewhere. They did open a red wine bottle we brought back and provide glasses on a night in. Bathrooms outdated unfortunately but aware some have been renovated which hopefully the rest will be soon.

Considered out of season right now. The town of Cortina D'Ampezzo is very quite by day and a ghost town by night. Anyone familiar with Italian culture will realise something is not right here when trying to communicate whilst shopping etc...That is because you are NOT communicating with an indigenous Italian. Newly opened so there were still some construction. Otherwise a great accommodation and the amenities were top notch. Would recommend

What a lovely hotel with lovely staff, 5 min walk into the little town centre and fantastic views. We would definitely stay again.

First time visit for us we had a warm welcome from geovani easy check in then shown to our room and given a brief look around. its A small hotel with a family feel our room was cleaned every day and fresh towels. The breakfast was cereals, rolls, eggs, fresh and dried fruits, yougurts, french toast, jams, cheese, cakes, fresh juice, teas and coffee self serve if we needed advice we asked roseanna who would go out of her way to help us, you can tell they want you to enjoy your holiday. The staff were so helpful and friendly. Location was great with a shuttle bus into town. Beautiful setting and views. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

A genuine high quality hotel. Very friendly staff. The Dining Room is top class, superb food. Good sized rooms and well cleaned each day. Nice public rooms on Ground Floor with separate bar and dining room. Underground carpark, very useful when we got a severe snow storm. Easy walk into the town centre and there was also a crew bus shuttle service if needed. Will certainly return I hope.

The staff were really friendly, we received an free upgrade, the room was bigger and the view was lovely! Breakfast was good! We noticed tour groups stayed there so be wary when going for breakfast! Internet was good and we were able to leave our luggage there!
