"Causa orario di arrivo del traghetto, abbiamo avvisato la struttura che non saremmo potuti arrivare prima delle 19:30, fine del normale orario previsto per il chek-in. Arrivati alla reception con c.a un'ora di ritardo, ci è stato richiesto il pagamento di una penale di 30 €, che, dopo la nostra richiesta di esibire il regolamento dove risultasse tale norma, ci è stata annullata. "Küche und Möblierung, Geschirr waren einfachste Kategorie und in die Jahre gekommen. Plastikstühle ohne Polster. Keine Weingläser. Balkontisch verlor immer die Beine beim rücken. Vom Balkon ging der Blick auf Straße und viele Parkplätze. Direkt gegenüber ein unbebautes Grundstück war ein Schuttplatz. In der Nachbarschaft zahlreiche heftig und ausdauernd bellende Hunde in Zwingern. Das Schlafzimmer ging zur anderen Seite, die war ruhig. Es war nah zum Zentrum von San Teodoro. Die Tage waren...

"Clean quiet and near beach"

"Was waiting outside the property for more than 3 hrs. No one picked up the call until after 3 hrs. This was our 1st time travelling to aboard and it was the most scary experience as not many people speak English or understand. We thought we got scammed cuz when they 1st picked up the call they said we don’t have the booking on your name. We were with our bags and lagged outside looking for the property. "Clean and very friendly "

"Spacious apartments a couple of kilometres away but not directly in the nature. Communication around the extra fees could be better. Having to pay extra for bed sheets and towels, as well as needing to put them ourselves was a first for us. "

"Die Kommunikation unter dem Rezeptionspersonal scheint nicht reibungslos zu funktuonieren. Unsere Buchungänderungen wurden nicht weitergegeben. Man kam uns dann mit dem Preis entgegen und sie waren bemüht eine Lösung zu finden. Das Essen und das Personal des Restaurants, vorallem Nicolo, waren super! Nicolo zeigte uns dann noch ein Club in der Nähe, da wir auch nach der Suche nach ein bisschen Party waren. Allem in allem würden wir definitiv wieder kommen - mille grazie!"
