"We had an amazing sea view room on the 8th floor. The room was a good size however we were disappointed with there were no tea or coffee making facilities. The bathroom was great although the shower was difficult to point in the right direction. Floors had not been cleaned properly. We requested a late check out room however this was declined. The pool loses the sun by mid afternoon."

"Highest level of excellence across every category. Staff is not just friendly but very well trained and you can tell the extra care taken in recruiting the best staff. The quality of the rooms and the facilities were top notch. Excellent food in the restaurants on the facility, pools, spa and gym all brand new post the 45 mil euro rennovation. Highly recommend."

"The hotel gives a great first impression. Beautiful and well maintained. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The food and drinks on offer were great. The setting was perfect. The pool area was lovely. Our room had a great beach view. The only downside was our bathroom which had a rusty bath and no seal on the shower door to stop the water flooding the floor, which became dangerously slippery. Overall we had a great experience and would still return."

"The staff at Hotel Zen are very friendly, the rooms are cleaned daily and the facilities (pub, restaurant, pool, hot tub, sauna and gym) were all fantastic. The hotel itself is lovely, well maintained and in a decent location. Having breakfast included was worth the extra money as it is €15 a day if you decide to pay while you’re there. The only reason I’ve given 4 and not 5 stars is due to the fact that at night and in the morning it can be quite noisy. The rooms are not soundproofed at all, so at night you hear people going back to their room and in the morning you hear the cleaners. However that was genuinely the only downside to the stay!"
