"Good modern hotel and features, however I believe that some aspects could have been improved upon e.g. lighting could have been better explained better, particularly how to revert to a standard option. Also the parking charge per day was quite expensive."

"Excellent location. Rooms are smaller and prices higher in the city but this was a good balance. Side street was quiet. Typical in room amenities. Excellent location, Parking close by but expensive. Cabs are cheap. Get tickets ahead if you expect to visit major attractions."

"As described just a box to sleep in. Rooftop wasn’t manned so no amenities there or available drinks etc. sketchy street out front lots of homeless approaching wanting money or cigarettes. Overall though as advertised"

"We were overall very pleased with the hotel. Our only minor comments were the lifts (can be frustrating at busy times) and the hot breakfast (bacon and sausage were not great). Otherwise I would whole heartedly recommend this hotel and would stay again when we return to the beautiful city of Porto. Thank you to the very attentive and courteous young staff, you are a credit to your profession and country."

"Nice location and view from rooftop restaurant. Not all rooms have full view of river as you would expected for river view you pay for like mine had through window and was not same as one I would have expected. Due to my dietary restrictions they had less food options as I would have hoped for."

"The room was VERY SMALL. There was no closet, in a bar with 4 hangers And although we were in the 5 th floor, it was very noisy at night. People, cars, trucks, you could hear everything from inside the room with the windows/doors closed"
