"After a difficult start trying to find my villa on a cold rainy night because of the useless map given out at check-in, number 407 proved spacious and comfortable and the kitchenette well stocked and easy to use. The cleaning and support staff were all friendly. Breakfast when ordered was generous and good and it was a delight to be given fresh bread on the first morning. "There is a very unpleasant smell in the apartment- that made us limit out time in the apartment and it was quite unpleasant - except to sleep. It was making me feel a bit sick to my stomach- maybe sewer? Also- the heat in one bedroom was not working so it was quite cold in the main part of the apartment because we had to wheel the portable heater into that room to stay warm. Kitchen was limited on what was available- but we ended up eating out, anyway. Not the best stay."
