"The Staff was great. The breakfast was very good. This was the first time I have been in a Hostal and I was happy with it. The first room we stayed was small but the second room was much bigger and nice. It was on the third floor and there is no elevator but the Staff was very kind to help us with the luggage. The location was very convenient, walking distance to the Bus Station. "

"Everything was excellent, the staff is above and beyond the expectation, very helpful and attentive. Every morning since I had early excursion they prepared a very nice bfast goodies bag for me. On my check out day the staff was helping me to arrange taxi to pick me up at 2 am to the airport and making sure the taxi comes on time. Location is very good easy to go anywhere. "We had an issue with the brakes on one of the beds. Jessica came to the room to fix the issue but was unable to correct it. So Cristian offered us to move to another room with a nice view. Excellent customer service from everyone. The restaurant team is also very good and attentive to your needs. "
