B&B in County Down

"Booked three rooms - all were nice but one in particular had floor to ceiling window with views over the lough. Mentioned that my daughter was graduating and a congratulations message was left in her room which was a lovely touch. Used the open top bus to get around on one day and Ubers the rest of the stay as it’s not really a pleasant walk into the city centre. Very convenient for the titanic experience. Have stayed elsewhere other visits to Belfast and would say that the welcome and staff at the titanic are amongst the best. "

"Food amazing, comfy beds, friendly and attentive staff, new decor. Small negatives, no phone charger points, dusty light fittings. "

"Room was nice and clean and bathroom spacious aswell nothing to fault. 40 mins walk from towncentre or 10 mins drive, plenty of parking outside on road "

"At check in we were greeted and walked to our room. We were a little early for our reservation and we were allowed right in. Owner showed us around and was incredibly friendly. Other visitors told us some great hiking locations to check out. Continental breakfast laid out nicely. Beautiful view of Mourne Mountains. "

"Excellent stay for my daughter’s birthday. Staff were friendly and professional, but also made a fuss of the children and made them feel special, which was just lovely, especially for the birthday girl! Hotel was clean throughout, comfortable bed, bathroom was spotless, breakfast and dinner were both excellent and the kids loved the pool also. Overall a fantastic experience and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again!"

"Very convenient to the City Airport and the staff is exceptional. The room was good and the pillows were perfect. I was sorry not to stay longer than my 6am flight allowed. Don't miss the good Indian food options in the restaurant."

"Truly an exceptional hotel. I grew up in the area and it has continued its history of providing an experience that excels (locals just call it “The Slieve”). The amenities are fantastic with the spa facilities, snooker room, drawing room for a peaceful morning. Breakfast in the main dining area with views of the Mounre Mountains is an experience itself. We hosted a family dinner in JJ Farrell’s food and service exceptional"
