"I loved the place, it was so different. I have stayed in Dublin 2 before and this time I found this place and enjoyed the place. People who work there were super friendly and helpfu. The area was great and very easy to walk to trinity college and city center without being right there. It was 3 min walk to the DART green line as well. The area is one of the wealthiest neighborhoods so it’s super safe as well. "

"I arrived around 1 am becausevof flight times. The reception staff were very polite, friendly and reassuring when I phoned to let them know I would be late. The night porter was also very helpful polite and efficient. I didn't have breakfast as I was running late for a morning meeting. There was a parking spot immediately outside the door, which may have been good fortune, but street parking would have been available. Parking was free overnight though payment needed if you left the car there...

"Our family really enjoyed our stay! The location is perfectly convenient to walk to everything we wanted to do while in Dublin… and easy access for transportation to our things to do outside the city center. We found the staff to be very available and accommodating, and our rooms were comfortable. We did miss having a refrigerator available in our room, but remember this is not a hotel, it is a guest house. We would absolutely stay here again!"
