"My overall stay was excellent. For the location of the hotel it was perfect for my staff. Staff were excellent all in all except during my late night check in, it wasnt a very welcoming and I had to wait after the check in process started because one of the staff who apparently was under training (which would have helped if they told me) left me to go help someone else. They were very polite I must say. A tip would be to let the customers know they are under training in order to help them as...

"Great hotel, the thing that makes tgis place is the staff. So freindly especially the 2 ladies who checked us in. So polite and freindly. The room waa good and we had a great nights sleep after a long day sight seeing in Paris. We didnt have breakfast as we had an early train to catch but i did see the buffet , which looked fantastic and definitely value for money. A shame we couldnt stay longer but will definitely use it again."

The reception staff were professional, stylish, and welcoming, and the building is well-maintained inside and out.
