"The room was nice clean and very close to the train station. The staff personnel that we dealt with ( Oksana and Sergio) are very professional!... The only issue that i have is the access to the place from the moment you leave the square. Elevator needs someone to hold the doors together and not enough light on the stairs. The access to the room gives a bad impression to a nice place. "

"Inconspicuous from the outside, clean, well done room with comfortable bed and good water pressure. Short walk to train station & many restaurants in that area."

"Great, modern rooms and great size. They have rules on cleaning so have to keep card out and also leave towels and sheets on floor otherwise they won't change them. They were able to help with broken electronics etc by whatsapping them which was fine. Area is a bit dubious but we were left alone. 10 mins walk to station and get to see market stalls and have coffee on the way. There is a really good chicken shop nearby if have the munchies in the evening. "

"Great room! Large, comfortable bed. Nice big shower. Wonderful little walk-in closet. The view from the balcony was epic. We were given a nice bottle of white wine as a welcome gift which absolutely hit the spot. We wanted to be near the train station for easy access to travel and this hotel is literally next door. Easy short bus ride to the airport as well, "

"Napoli Relais is conveniently located directly across from the Naples Central train station and close to the metro line station. This is a busy area with lots of shopping, restaurants, and people enjoying the piazza. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and quick to respond to contact requests. Catching a cab to the airport was easy, as they line up in front of the train station. It was a great home base for exploring Naples."
