"Asked for early check in , was told that my request was never received. I had emails to prove otherwise. Room was decent but we had to ask for coffee pods that were part of the provided amenities. Was hoping for an amazing experience but was left rather disappointed."

"Very comfortable ground level apartment. Covered patio seating overlooking the Campbell river. A pair of eagles at eye level racing up river and a doe foraging along the opposite side. Exciting views for us! Central location and secure parking. Friendly and very accommodating owners."
