"Loved the property and the decor. Unfortunately, the main desk man and youg woman seemed to be totally unfamiliar with the downtown area attractions and dining options. When a map of the area was requested, a double sided gray totally undecypherable sheet was all that was provided. For the type of hotel and its location, I expected a concierge."
