"Lovely hotel, in a great location. Housekeeping was okay. Often didn't get items I should have replaced daily. After first clean there red mark (poss blood) by tap, wasn't mine. Wasn't there when I left to go out. Cleaned it myself and didn't happen again. Room was comfortable and spacious. Not all lights had working bulbs. I didn't use gym or restaurant. Reception staff helpful and check in great. I was able to check in a little earlier, which was lovely after a long trip. Location was downtown, by mono rail and light rail. I used the light rail to get from airport to hotel. Very handy. My flight leaving was too early for the light rail, so had to get taxi for that one, which the hotel staff kindly arranged."

"Absolutely fabulous hotel for our stay. The staff were fabulous and very attentive. The room was clean and large and had everything we needed. The shuttle bus was easy from the airport and the reception staff were really informative about how we can get to other places (the mall) if needed via the free shuttle. I would definitely stay again."

"We had only a short time in Seattle so this was a great location to see popular sites within walking distance—we didn’t move our car until we left town. The rooftop deck was wonderful and the views alone make it an excellent choice. Staff always nice and helpful."
