"The Ithica Manor is a beautiful historical building. It's definitely something to see and admire, however the accommodation was very poor,the rooms were unclean and not maintained to a professional level,the staff were rude,and very unhelpful.I would recommend going elsewhere to sleep so you don't ruin your holiday. "Room nice and clean , good amenities , great selection of soaps , shampoo etc in bathroom . Only problem was the fly wire door had no lock so had to lock glass sliding door at night , no flesh air . Staff excellent. "

"No kitchen but a microwave, kettle & toaster plus plates etc plus fridge. Clean comfortable bed, large room and quiet. Has a pool though too cold to use while we were there."

"The outside and common area of the property was generally well looked after and the Nespresso pod in the dining area was appreciated. The facilities to cook and prep food were great as was the use of the laundry. Fresh towels were provided everyday. Honestly, even though it was generally a lovely stay, the bedroom/ensuite/ kitchenette was a little bit tired. Also, I could hear the guy snoring very clearly in the room next door. Overall, my travelling buddies enjoyed the stay. Thanks "

"The balcony view was great, and the location was very convenient and quiet. Unfortunately, the the house was extremely hot, and the bedroom had no air-conditioning. The bed advertised as a king was actually two singles pushed together, which created an uncomfortable ditch in the middle and the mattresses themselves were very firm. Most of the house was locked off, including two other bedrooms and the main bathroom. Because of this, we couldn’t move to a cooler room or use the laundry...

"It was truly serenity living in the woods, hotel staff at reception were nice and friendly. Breakfast spread were decent but note it’s cabinet stuff instead of hot meals. Only downside were housekeeping, our rooms were not vacuumed throughout all nights. Other than the jacuzzi tub and comfortable bed, the hotel could use some refurbishment to freshen up the whole experience. One downside will be the lack of kitchen sink where you will need to do all refilling and washing with the small toilet...
