"Everything about this hotel is excellent. Smooth check-in, modern and clean rooms, warm and helpful staff, good onsite restaurant. We stayed for 2 nights. Asked for extra blankets and they were delivered to room promptly. There is ample parking. Location is good, right at the edge of Moab town making it quite place but mere 2 mins from the town. Just perfect."

"The hotel was modern and welcoming. Rooms were very clean and nice. They were very busy when we stayed there serving several bus tours. The staff worked very hard but like everywhere anymore possibly a little understaffed. No doubt I would stay there again and recommend anyone else that they will have a fine stay at this motel."

"Just a tent with a bed. Shower and toilet in separate building, but didn’t see towels. Small A/C. Ok if you just want a place to sleep, 10 minutes from town and Arches park."

"This property is an absolute safety risk: the metal towel rail shattered off the wall while using the toilet, and other wall brackets are completely pulling out of the drywall. On top of the dangerous structural maintenance, the room was filthy (we found a previous guest's used razor in the shower), there is no on-site staff, and we had to call an international number just to get inside. A formal complaint and refund demand have already been raised with Expedia—do not book this place."

"The motel was very close the Arches National Park. And walking distance from a few restaurants. We enjoyed our quiet room and the staff was very helpful & friendly. Perfect spot for budget travelers. Laid back vibe and easy access parking made it fantastic for pets as well!"

"Restroom and shower area extremely small. Need to remove door and open up area with countertop and sink. Install new door and make this one big area. Could hardly turn around with the way it is now. At least in the room I had."
