"The front desk people had no interest or authority to problem solve. So we stood around until someone took responsibility. It’s an uncertain way to start. It’s sets the tone. In my case, that was bad."

"The only issue my wife and I had was the elevator was out of order. The manager did his best by rooming us on the 2nd floor close to the stairwell entrance. Other than that, we had a great stay and will return in the future."

"Over all our stay was great. It was quiet and we rested well. Only complaint we found ants in the restroom while the offered to move us we had already unpacked. We opt to stay and use bug spray. I don’t know how they missed the ants when they cleaned the room. Hopefully they will get it fixed."

"The room was very clean and comfortable. I don't know if they are short handed or what , but the property on the outside around the pool didn't look very good. Where the grills were and around the back door there was cigarette butts everywhere. There was stuff underneath the grills with cigarette butts and something else( not sure what it was). We tried sitting around the pool so my grandson could swim, but there were so many bees swarming us that we went where the grills were and the bees followed us there and I got stung by one.. I told the desk clerk and he didn't seem too concerned about it. I know the coffee is free, but both big containers of liquid creamer were empty both days I was there. There was powdered creamer available, but I like the liquid. And I forgot about the hot tub, it was empty of water and not working. I was there about this same time last year and it wasn't working. The manager, MS Woodward, is very nice and I know she is a hard worker. Maybe the people that work there don't try as hard as she does."
