"The room was very outdated. The bathroom specifically needed better cleaning. There was mold on the shower curtains, and they did not remove the dirty towels; they were left on the floor in a corner. They did not provide toilet tissue, and the key had to be fixed twice during our stay. There is a lot of room for improvement. "

"This was the most disappointing stay I’ve ever experienced. My sisters and I booked a “penthouse suite” advertised as 2 bed/2 bath for a wedding trip, but the unit was completely misrepresented. The space was extremely dark with little natural light and felt nothing like a penthouse. "We had a beautiful view. Our room was always spotless and the staff couldn't be more friendly and accommodating. I loved their brunch and dinner the first night was delicious too. I recommend the japanese pancakes, and the aztex sunrise for breakfast. I had steak medallions for dinner and they were cooked perfectly with a pesto sauce. I would suggest putting irons in the rooms and an attendant at reception to improve the experience. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. We will miss our view...

"Good amount of space, beds & pillows were comfortable. Hosts were responsive. House was clean. My only complaint was that power went out for about 5 hours and it was hot! I also didn’t like that it was high up on a long road with many turns and barely visible street signs. This aside, it was fine with enough room for all."

"The nearby beaches! We didn’t swim, but got excellent photos and videos with sunset and sunrise. It’s almost 2-hour drive from the SJ airport, we picked it for the expected quiet and beautiful environment, and we got that.
