"This is one of the cleaner/safe red roofs in the nation. Anyone saying dirty or whatever needs to understand what they’re paying for. With that said we have stayed here 4 or 5 times over the years and happy with having a clean quiet room. It’s not luxury so don’t expect that. Waffle House next door and a convent store across the street. So this place works well out of the 5 or so motels/hotels in the Milton area."

"The hotel was clean and offered a variety for continental breakfast. Our room was nice, with a fridge and microwave. We had an amazing view of the Gulf of America with beautiful sunrises and sunsets from our patio. The staff was very polite and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel. "

"The Room was clean, we got the double queen ocean gulf view. It has been amazing! We were just passing through but needed a small break from the cold before continuing on the road. They were so accommodating and very nice. Our room did not smell musty like other reviews our water pressure is not bad considering it’s a high traffic hotel. I travel all year long trust me it was not bad. Tub did not clog like others did, honestly it’s a very good room for the price. Remember this is a beach hotel...
