"Stayed here 5nights while visiting family living nearby. Good size king room, very clean and fantastic staff. The ladies who run the breakfast buffet are great! Housekeeping is awesome. On site laundry on 3rd floor is handy and area was also clean. It’s run remotely by an app you can download to your smartphone. We’d definitely stay here again."

"The room had a very weird smell to it. The bed had only a very cheap and thin blanket. The pillows were uncomfortable because they were lumpy. We had to leave our reservation early because my husband got bit by a spider 2 nights in a row, causing his hands and face to swell."

There was uneaten food, open beverage containers, bottles and cans, dirty socks on the floor, dirty towels in the bathroom, and debris throughout the room. Due to the unacceptable condition of the room, I requested to be moved. Unfortunately, the second room presented additional issues. There were no towels available, and throughout my stay it was unnecessarily difficult to obtain basic amenities despite multiple requests....
