"Lovely rooms with gorgeous decor, super comfy beds and great extras. Windows did not shut so one room noisy from pub garden. The check in was bit disastrous and hard to find staff to check out. Breakfast given meat brekkie not veggie but was corrected. Ate dinner but not great would not eat there again. "

Pool was clean and easily accessible The rooms are tired and require a refurbishment the gaps in the window allowed road noise and a draft to the room, cupboard door handles are secured primitively with wood screws and the bedside electric socket did not work. "The room was excellent 👌 lovely and warm! Furnishings were delightful. Bathroom was lovely with both bath and shower. Food was lovely for both of the evenings that we stayed with lots of choices. Beer on tap in the bar was excellent especially if you're a badgers brewery fan which I am."

"We were happy with our room apart from it said it was a king, and it was only a double bed. I never find them very comfortable to share. The history of the pub, breakfast room, location and parking were all appreciated. We would recommend it."

"disabled parking 2 very small spaces in an enclosed courtyard quite tight .hot tub was out of order. lots of steps as well as the mentioned creaky wooden stairs. check-in is right opposite the swimming pool entrance in the same aera as club entrance so wet & slippy floor and crowded blocking access. room was drab and dated empty for the size .noise level of neighbours and any movement in hallway echoed. bed was very uncomfortable lumpy. shower didn't drain and overflowed. wooden toilet seat that pushed flush button when seated."
