"Beautiful location, great breakfast, roomy cabin , nice service. The cabin was the only 3 bdr available ; it had a few issues in process of being fixed after a storm but, the office offered us the option of moving to two 2 bdrm cabins . Nice stay overall , I will go there again. "

"The hotel is close to Capivari and the staff is friendly. However the first room I was given was terrible! The safe did not work, it was noisy, dark, the shower leaked, the floor was in very bad condition and dusty in general. Fortunately, after complaining several times, I was able to change my room for a room with a view on the third floor, paying the difference of course!
If you want to stay in this hotel pay for rooms with balcony or on the third level otherwise it is best yo avoid it."
"Pela descrição não falava que era um local bem afastado da cidade, local não aceitava corridas de uber e nem o aplicativo local de motorista, para ir ao centro da cidade pu vc fechava com um motorista particular ou alugava um carro, para buscar e levar na pousada novamente em torno de 100 reais… nao vale a pena se vc quer bater perna na cidade ou fazer passeios, agora se vai ficar so na pousada vale a pena! Porem os quartos nao sao como nas fotos, quartos bem velhos!"

Sugestão: porta Shampoo e saboneteira no box e carregador para carro elétrico deixariam o hotel ainda melhor. Voltarei com certeza. "
"Muito decepcionante. Com diária de hotel 5 estrelas, mas conforto de 1 estrela. Sem ar condicionado, o hotel tenta ser rústico, mas não consegue. Não chega nem perto de valer a diária paga.
