"Asked for quiet room, could not sleep because next door adults had a super loud party till 3:30 am, screaming, laughing, loud talking. Staff did not care and barely said sorry. No hand lotion in the room. Staff didn't know the Kickback menu. Food good at kickback and breakfast. Neither Front desk nor Help Desk knew how to open the microwave in room, said they'd send up someone, I said don't bother, but they did anyway to my dismay- I couldn't let him in because I was getting dressed. Shocked at this experience!"

"Under new management and I have a feeling not going to improve. Was not given my food/beverage credit, charging for omelettes at the free breakfast now, room was musty smelling. I used to always stay here, this will be my last time."

"The lobby smelled very bad like sewage. We had to bear it during check in. The smelled carried to the stairwells (elevators and hallways were fine) Room and bathroom were separated by a huge empty room. A pointless room hallway that made the room we got alot smaller. No bench or anything to sit down and put our shoes on at least. It was an empty space that didn’t have to be there and could have been part of the room. Instead it was cramped because of it, the bed taking up the actual “bedroom” it’s a beautiful hotel but pricey and very cramped and smelled really bad."

"I had a club room with a view of Garden of the Gods , fireplace and other amenities that were quite nice- I also enjoyed their food and had a great facial at the spa with Kelsey S. I stopped for some r&r and it was perfect spot!"
