"I can’t review my stay at Viceroy Snowmass as I wasn’t even checked in due to a flight cancellation because of a snow storm. In fact I’m still awaiting a response from this property to see how they can accommodate for us loosing our entire stay without a refund or opportunity to rebook. I’m hopeful and believe in the great customer service they claim that they will respectfully respond with an option. I’m certain they will return my messages as they are awaiting a voting process for #1 hotel in CO. I would love the chance to enjoy this beautiful hotel! "

"Nice place calling it a hotel is a stretch good discount to Iron Mountain Hot Springs and easy access to glenwood caverns adventure park, I was disappointed to have to pay for parking that was a surprise. And if you want to use the arcade it costs money it would be nice if it was included in the stay"

"I love how perfect they set the heater. It has a pool and a gym. Ilove the breakfast as well. However the staff who was assigned to their front desk when we checked in was not welcoming or friendly. "

"There is major construction going on basicly in the hotel's parking lot. So there is a lot of noise and dust. The property was comfortable just outdated. There are not hot tubs/pools, outdoor grills, etc."
