"Team was very nice. They had an incident from a driver who hit the lobby no fault of their own so we had to enter through a back way which was very confusing and lengthy. Other than that it was great! Especially like the unique brass room keys!"

"This is a nice, budget-friendly option. The neighborhood and outdoor space lacks a bit of appeal, but nonsmoking room was nice. I’d ask for nonsmoking and first floor if smell of smoke bothers you. Upstairs hall (our second room in group) was pretty pungent of smoke and the hall wreaks. But no smoking room was great. No complaints."

"Hotel looks brand new and very different now that it’s a new hotel and has totally been renovated, the room was very nice, loved having the coffee machine with Expreso at the lobby. Had a peaceful night sleep with no noise. Would come back again."

"I worked with Ayisha at the front desk to add a day to our stay prior to our arrival. She was very kind and helpful. Upon arrival there was some confusion on the amount owed for the extra day because we used a 3rd party to book the other nights. Following a call from the front desk to report to the front desk after check-in, the issue was resolved. The room was clean. We did not use any of the amenities. Plenty of parking. "There was a wedding that night that was louder than most concerts I’ve been too. I’m all about a good time but everything in the room was vibrating and went on til 10:30. The staff even asked them to lower it a little bit and they did for about 5 minutes and then turned back up. I would just check if there are any events going on before staying here again."
