"This property is a true gem in Old Havana. It is well situated and a short walk from many good restaurants and sites. The rooms are small but uniquely decorated and very comfortable. The staff is warm and welcoming. We loved the rooftop patio both in the mornings and in the evening. The small restaurant downstairs has fantastic ambiance and serves delicious food. I especially enjoyed my morning cappuccino. I hope to return and stay here again."

"Our stay at Hostal Balcones Murella was excellent the location is really central Old town only 5 blocks from Old square. The hotel is quirky we loved it. We stayed on bed and breakfast basis the breakfast was delicious as were the mojitos. The staff and owners could went out of their way to make our stay a fantastic experience. The cleanliness at the hotel was also to a high standard we will definitely head there again if we get another chance to go to Havana "
