Very friendly and nice staff. I don’t speak good Spanish and the staff spoke no English (except the owner). So the staff was most kind and willing to communicate via translation app. I enjoyed my stay.

Estimado Francisco, buenas noches! Lamentablemente no podemos controlar la calle ni a las personas que la transitan, la calle larga, es un boulevard turístico de los más importantes de Cuenca, lamentamos la experiencia

Overall a positive stay although the room could have had more ventilation - a ceiling fan, an exterior facing window, or an A/C. The room in particular faced the interior and was prone to noise entering from late night patrons. Otherwise, the hotel was a good bargain and centric to everything.

Good but street is noisy. Bring earplugs.
Everything was good. The only thing is that it is a noisy street. Definitely bring your earplugs.

Sin duda alguna volvería a alojarme en este hotel. La atención del personal (Isac sos genial), la ubicación, las instalaciones y el desayuno estuvieron de 10. El parqueadero está a 1 cuadra.
