Token gesture of asking how our stay was in the morning - I again fed back that it was very warm but there was no acknowledgement."

We could not find the location of the hotel shuttle at Malpensa Terminal 1 as the signs in the airport were wrong so had to take a taxi. We booked a shuttle to take us back to the airport the next morning and when we reserved it we were not told that it was €10 per person. This would have been helpful to know as a taxi would have been cheaper."
