We had to wait more than 40 minutes for the check in , the manager saw the big line and she decided to go to her office instead to help the only person in reception pretty bad service

unfortunately this was a bit disappointing visit, I am a returning customer, however first visit 4 years ago was a five star visit this visit was not, the place had some areas of opportunity in terms of cleanliness and also maintenance, from mold in the shower doors to non functional devices. Service in other hand was on a very high level, personnel was warm and welcoming and service oriented, It's all about the building care and maintenance that will bring this place back to what it was before.

The staff was very nice. The room clean. Our only issue with our room was that we weren't sure if our bathroom ha been cleaned. There was a previously used towel in the bathroom and there were no towels.

There was a cocaroach in our room. The bathroom sink wasn't draining water very well. There was no pool or any type of entertainment. Breakfast that was served was limited and they ran out of milk.

Very clean and smells amazing inside and they clean your room upon request, free breakfast included, Also had to leave to complete an errand and they received a food order and kept it until i could pick it up on my return.
