The room was partially clean Broken lampshade that was taped together, painted bathtub that had paint peeling and the shower curtain had mold on it, not to mention the bed was terrible.

I would have rather slept in my car than stay at this hotel. The staff was cordial but the room was so DIRTY! My husband and I walked around with towels or dirty clothes on our feet to avoid the filth on the floor of our hotel room. It was so bad, that our feet turned brown. There was also a weak spot down one side of the room; so there was a dip if you walked on on that side (which was the main walk area). There was dust and hair along the corners of the rooms(including the bathroom); the shower head was crusty like it hasn't been cleaned since they put the shower head on years ago; the bathtub floor was scratched and has become black in the worn spots (it's a white tub). The mattresses were hard (not in a good way). They weren't memory foam or anything nice, just old, clumpy, hard spring mattresses. Sprjng mattresses are supposed to be comfy. These were NOT. I do not recommend anyone stay here. We only stayed one night because we were passing through town. Biggest waste of $100 we have ever spent. This hotel stay is worth $20 a night.

They kick me out my room saying they got 4 complaints of loud noise when nobody was there but me & my sister they told me I’m not allowed to have guest or visitor & since I did they made me check out 2 days before my check out date I was the only BLACK person there. The guy at the front desk chase my under age daughter & when he found out that she was mines he started acting weird it’s sex trafficker in there discrimination cause I was black

The room was in great condition. The price was on point I can never argue with the price we paid for there. It was amazing. However, I booked a room for three people. My wife, my son and myself. My wife and I were going to sleep on the bed, and my son was going to sleep on the blow up mattress and the couch when we got there. I realized that there were no sheets for the pull out mattress, so I went to the front desk associated to ask for a sheet set and pillows. And at first, he debated with me that our room even had a Pole mattress, because he said, no room in the hotel has pulled out mattresses, and I was just confused because 30 seconds before this conversation. I was literally in my room pulling the mattress out. But finally, after we got over that conversation, he then told me that each room is only allowed to have one set of sheets and pillows. And that he would not give me any other sheets or pillows, and I told him that we have three people per the. Reservation and 2 would sleep on one bed. And one would sleep on the other. So it didn't make sense why we would only have one set of sheets or that I wasn't at least allowed to have another set of sheets in the end. He did not get me or allowed. Allow me to have any more sheets or pillows.So my wife and I split up our stuff.So that my son would have a pillow and a blanket and a sheet.Obviously I did not mind this.That was not the issue.The issue is with the front desk associated and just telling me that I can't anymore.

Need better food provisions for the breakfast. Waffles and sausage gravy are the only big items. Toast, butter, coffee and juice are good but these are side items. This is not a " free breakfast " to brag about in your hotel accommodations listings.

The room was disappointing to stay in, walked into room and it was cold 66 degrees, the shower curtain rod was broken, took a long time for hot water to get to shower, only one elevator was working during our stay, and the tv channel listing was not even close to being correct. The pictures they advertise of the rooms is not even close to the actual rooms. I was very disappointed and will never stay at the Ramada Inn in Cumberland, Maryland again.

I am a train buff and generally request a room facing the railroad tracks for that reason. It had been over a year since my most recent stay at this Ramada and one change that I immediately noted was a kiosk at the check in desk where you use a touchscreen to interact with a live rep to check in and out. This is apparently in place for when the desk is unmanned by a regular desk agent. Upon my check in, the regular desk agent was just coming on duty so I checked in with him. Upon checkout the following morning, no desk agent was present so I used the kiosk....spoke to agent on the kiosk screen who confirmed my info and had me drop my room keys into a box on the desk. Stay itself was comfortable, clean room. One thing that is needed is a window cleaning service. .. Exterior of my room window was very dirty, looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. One of two elevators was out of service and a sign was affixed to the in service elevator advising guests not to hold door open as it would delay things for other guests needing elevator. I found this to be discourteous as it would basically cause the door to slam in the face of fellow guests trying to enter the elevator... Breakfast consisted of the typical Continental breakfast choices of cold cereal, bagels, fruit, waffles and was satisfactory. All in all, my stay was satisfactory and I will return again for future stays.

Terrible service from the 12AM receptionist this morning. My parents room had NO HEAT in it. When they went down to speak with the receptionist, they said "What do you want me to do? There's no technician available", they also said they are fully booked and nothing they can do. The receptionist was VERY hostile. My parents had to attempt to use any covers they could get from the beds to stay warm. My mom did not even sleep the whole night because it was so cold. This is unacceptable and NOT the way to treat guests.
